Do companies all charge the same to install device? Are any devices easier to use and more accurate? Also, what is the average monthly fee? Thank you.

I recommend smartstart 20/20 (sans camera if you can) due to the reliable technology in it. Another device that has garnered some trust is the draeger. They probably all charge around the same price. Call around and ask.
